I am a skilled coach and analyst of group systems. I have worked with non-profit, philanthropy, and public sector leaders and teams to pinpoint clarity in the midst of confusion, enabling them to chart a practical path forward to success.

As a coach, I support leaders and managers to analyze the group system they’re in and their role in it. I help them to more effectively lead change and manage resistance to change. With insight, love, challenge, and a sense of humor, I accompany my clients as they step into their agency, power, and influence.

As a consultant, I co-design with my clients. Together we build out the right strategy or organizational system that’s needed. Together we blend progress and practicality. I build strong relationships and will work with you in deep partnership. I’m a skilled facilitator who loves leading groups through hard conversations that result in greater clarity and a clear path forward.

I trained in adaptive leadership, negotiation, and public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, where I got my Masters in Public Policy. I have a BA in philosophy, politics, and economics from Oxford University. I also have a law degree from the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland. I’ve been an activist and a policy advocate, who later became fascinated by the internal workings of groups. I’m white, queer, and disabled. I love to paint. I try to write. I worship my dog. My curiosity never wanes, and right now I’m obsessed with generative AI.
